My Luxe screen is completely black and will not charge. App show it has 53%. I’ve had it in the charger all day, cleaned the charger and back of the Fitbit, and tried restarting using the flat button on the charging cord. Nothing works HELP!! It’s only a few months old.

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Luxe. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?. Afterwards, please try charging your Luxe and see how it goes.

Hi, I have the same problem with my luxe. I took it off to charge it and it turned off. I tried to restart it, but nothing happens. What do I do now?

Surprise! After trying to restart it for maybe the 10th time, it suddenly works! Hope it will keep going 🙂
