Luxe won't turn on

Hi!

put my Fitbit luxe on charge overnight - unplugged next morning, completely blank. Can’t get it to switch on. Cleaned and pushed button on charger but nothing?

Hi there, @Sus1esimp. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out.

As per the description of your post, it seems like your Fitbit device didn't charge properly overnight. It's very likely the battery is empty, hence it won't turn on. 

With the above being said, I'd recommend restarting your Luxe. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?. Afterwards, please try charging your Luxe and see how it goes. 

If the issue persists, please confirm that you've followed all tips and recommendations provided in this help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
