Luxe won't turn on

My Luxe keeps turning off, no matter what I do. If I try to reset it (plug in the charger, press button 3 times), it turns on after a few attempts, I can see it has 100% battery. I take it off the charger and after a few seconds it's off again (screen is black and unresponsive, not connected to the phone).

Please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hello. Scratch that, it only worked for a few minutes, then stopped responding again and wouldn't turn on. I think there may actually be an issue with the battery... It's clearly turned off (no sensor light, doesn't sync with the phone), and only minutes ago it was at 100% battery.

Yes my Luxe seems to work every other day. I have exactly the same problem that you have , it is so infuriating!

I will try the change the clock face suggestion, but can someone from Fitbit explain why we have to do this, it cost a lot of money and it doesn't work easily, please can someone reply to my issue..thanks

Brand new Fitbit luxe just got out of the box and I cannot get it to charge it will not even display the logo will not sync with my phone
