Luxe won't turn on

I’ve had my Fitbit luxe for about 6 months and it was working great up until today. I noticed that my watch is still buzzing and connecting to the app however the screen is not responding to taps. 

a few hours ago it would flash on for half a second before turning off again but now it won’t respond whatsoever. 

I tried resetting the device by holding down the button 3 times with a second in between but it didn’t help. The Fitbit buzzed but the logo didn’t show up and the screen didn’t return. 

I’ve tried charging it and I know it is alive because it still shows up in the app, but I don’t know how to get it to turn back on.

Hi @Vtooth It sounds as if you have tried everything you can. The Luxe should still be covered by warranty so contact Fitbit Support
