Luxe won't turn on

I've had my Luxe Fitbit for less than six months and yesterday it would not turn on.
 
Before this happened it had 80% battery and didn't display any problems.
 
I put it on charge for half a day, followed prompts on your community page (including pressing on it three times with a one second pause in between) but the screen doesn't even light up.


I’ve tried your live chat, but it’s not working. It told me to email, which I did and found out email doesn’t work anymore. And I can’t call because it only allows calls to the US but I live in Australia.

 

Is someone able to help me?

"To contact our team dedicated to Australia, try using this link.

You can check that the info shown is from your location, if you scroll down and right of the language, you see the flag (in this case the Australian one).

If you see another flag, just click on it and select the one that represents your location. "
