Luxe won't turn on

I bought my Luxe watch last December. It worked for maybe 2mo and then stopped turning on. I have tried every fix/troubleshooting method I can find on this website as well as Google. Can someone please help me? I’m very disappointed in this product.

Hi there, @KatG90. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. 

As @NellyG has suggested, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

If the above doesn't work, please feel free to contact our Support Team once again as I've seen you tried reaching out to us via chat but it got disconnected. Click here to get connected.

Hi @KatG90 Try Restarting your tracker  a few times. If that doesn't fix it,change the clockface in the app. If it is still not working then you will need to contact Fitbit Support
