Luxe won't turn on

Hello

My fitbit luxe won't  turn on. I tried  to reset it using the button on the charger but it didn't work. It didn't  even vibrate . Any ideas? Help please!

Hi Erimz, have you tried to leave it to charge for a longer period of time? If you haven't done so, it may be worth the try.

To better assist you, please confirm that you've restarted your Luxe as described here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. Afterwards, please try charging your Luxe and see how it goes. 

If the issue persists, please also confirm that you tried the troubleshooting steps provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

I was able to restart my fitbit but it took a  while. I followed the steps to restart it but no result. I cleaned the charger and the fitbit as suggested. This time the icon  that the fitbit was charging appeared but I couldn't reset it. Just when the screen  showed 99%  charger, I disconnected the fitbit from the charger and it turn off again.  Connected again but nothing.  I tried the day after and got the charging Icon (charged at 1%). Let it charged for 40min but again unable to reset it and unable to bypass the charging icon.  Finally, I noticed that every time I would press the reset button  the regular screen of the fit would  appeared. I kept pressing the reset button and accessed the parameters and was able to reset the fitbit. It's been working since last 2 days but the screen flickers on/off. I hope this doesn't happen again! I only bought my luxe 4 months ago!
