Hi has anyone had this problem. I have had my Luxe since they first came out with absolutely no problems. Then last week after I had charged it the date & time were wrong - 4 days & 4 hours in front of what they should be. Wouldn't let me log on on my phone but managed to on here, my laptop but have had to change my password. Can anyone tell me how I can correct the date & time please?

Hi, @Normster! Unfortunately, your tracker gets the correct time and date when it syncs with your phone, so until you resolve that, you'll probably continue to have the issue. Have you tried clearing your data from the app and logging back in?

@donnadoyl I think you can just delete the Fitbit app from your phone and download it again. It'll ask you to login with your email and password. Try to see if that works.
