I travelled and had to change several time zones. The Fitbit app reset my exercise streak to 1 day. I contacted Fitbit support but they didn’t fix the problem. Resetting to my home time zone when I returned did not correct the streak data. A month later, it is still not fixed. Anyone have this issue or know of a resolution? Thank you.

Hi, @LAP1880 , unfortunately once this happens I am afraid there is no reset that will recover your previous streak. I am afraid that this is not uncommon in apps - I once lost several hundred days of streak on the language learning app Duolingo when I changed time zones. After that I just made sure that I did my French lessons before midnight in my old timezone…
I know this is disappointing news for you, but welcome to the forums even so.
