Luxe won't update the time and date

Has anyone had trouble when you change time zones?  I cannot get my Luxe to up date anymore.  Any suggestions.  I have an iPhone that I use for updates.

I think the Luxe is a really attractive little Fitbit, but in my experience it sometimes has Bluetooth connectivity issues.

 

But your time zone issue may be a little different.  I change time zones several times a year and sometimes run into problems with all of the Fitbits.  Is your problem that it won’t update to a new time after you have changed zones, but that it is otherwise okay?

 

First, of course, make sure that your phone has updated to change in time zone .  Next see if you can force a sync (go to your app, click on person icon top left, click on your Luxe and find “sync now”.

 

If a sync does not fix this, go to your account —> app settings.  There you will see what time zone you are connected to.  If it is showing the wrong time zone then toggle “Automatic time zone” to off, and then go to “select time zone” and correct it.

 

If it is showing the correct time zone in your app, but your Luxe is still stuck on the wrong one, then turn off Automatic time zone, and select any WRONG time zone.  After selecting the wrong time zone, sync your Fitbit.  Next return to time zone setting and chose the CORRECT time zone.  Once again sync your Fitbit.  Doing this should force an update of the watch.  It sounds a little complicated, but only because I have written out each step to be as clear as possible.  It should only take a minute and then it should all be back as it should be.

 

Once your Luxe has updated the time zone you can turn auto time zone back on again if you like.

I don't have trouble with the time zones 

what I have trouble with is the time period it goes from one day late or it goes 

ahead one day and the batteries dies within one day of use 

not liking this much I do hope someone may help us both what may we do ?

All of a sudden the sync worked after a few days.  I personally do not like this version of FitBit.  When I replace it, it will not be with this version.  I don't know about your problem, that hasn't happened to me yet.  Hope someone answer's you.
