Main goal is steps I do not get a vibrate to get up and move. I do not get a good job for my 10,000 steps.  Why!?

Hi, @ChrisTopo, welcome to the community, you may find this article of interest Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me? Goal settings react to "Step" counts, you can find the settings on your Fitbit app on your phone. From the "Today" screen touch your icon in the top left corner>notifications>ensure the "Step goal Milestones" slider is in the on position. Follow the advice in the above link regarding sleep mode & DND.
