Luxe won't vibrate with notifications

Hi

My new luxe won't vibrate when a notification comes in or when it's reminding me that I should exercise to get my steps in.  I've looked for the settings icon as I swipe down on the clock line and there is no settings icon to swipe on.

Not sure what to do.

Does it vibrate at other times, like when you reach a goal? 

Definitely check out this help article for some things to try. Sometimes I accidentally activate Do Not Disturb- check that by swiping down from the clock screen and make sure you do not have DND or Sleep Mode activated.

It vibrates when I set a timer.

However swiping down from the clock face does not give me any opportunity to change any settings as I don’t have a settings icon.

@LesleyVII Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums.

Please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

Once the above has been done, please check one more time what @Jrdubyakc has mentioned here. Swipe down from the clock screen. Tap a setting to adjust it (DND or sleep mode). When you turn off a setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Ii had a good play with it over the weekend and finally found the Settings tab after reading several manuals etc.  I think I have sorted it but we hall wit and see.
