Luxe won't work unless it's connected to the charger

Got a luxe and it was fine for the first 5 days and then the battery died suddenly today. It'll charge, but as soon as I take it off the charger it instantly dies. When I put it back on the charger it's at one precent again despite being charged to 100 percent seconds before. So now it only stays on when connected to the charger.

 

I tried restarting, and making sure its updated through the android app, but nothing has worked so far. Anybody else have this issue?
