My fitbit luxe is working only when it is plugged to charger if we remove the charger the entire screen goes black and again if i pluh the charger then again it starts from charging 1% the same process is repeating

It seems like the battery is not charging properly, so I'd recommend trying the troubleshooting steps provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
