Luxe wristband

My wristband has disconnected a few times on both sides, the watch was a Christmas present so less than 3 months old 

 

where can I get this fixed or is this covered by warranty?

Same here it's disconnected twice & I've been lucky to have be indoors when it happened ! It's not cheap & the connection of the strap to the fitbit is different from my previous fitbit. All in all its just not good & now I'm not wearing it in case I lose it !!

They asked me to send it in for repair or replacement. Now I wait
