Manual pause cause end of tracking after resume

Hi, I'm Fitbit Luxe user. Sometime during run I need to pause tracking manually, but when I resume, after some minutes(4-5) of normal tracking, my Fitbit terminate recording without any notification, simply return to watch mode. Anytime happens I have to start new exercise to avoid loss of remaining part of exercise. I've just verified that auto-pause is disabled. Is it a software bug?
