hi, purchased 2 brand new fitbit luxe and after fussing around I have finally got my partners and my watch hooked up to the medi bank live better within the medicare app. Though it says it's connected it's not tracking the steps ect in the app, which obviously what we want it to do! As far as I'm aware all permissions are on.
The luxes are connected to the app on our phone KeepHealth+ ( the qr in the booklet) and is tracking everything easily there. I have just downloaded the fitbit app after having so much trouble there not being able to log in.
Even though I have unconnected it from the app it won't connect in the fitbit app currently ANY AND ALL HELP APPRECIATED 🙃
