I followed the directions for setting up a second device, but there was no option for me to click 'existing user'. It just set up the Luxe and now my Charger 3 info is gone. Can I retrieve it?

It should have said there was already a Charge 3 and asked if you wanted to switch. If it didn't do that, you might have set up a new account with a different email and put the Luxe in that account. That would match with old data seemingly being gone because you are looking at a different account. In that case, data is still there when you get back into right account.
If you think you created a new account for Luxe, remove Luxe from that account. Then log into same account you were using before and add Luxe there.

Hi there, @nelsonkeller. Thanks for stopping by and for the details shared in your post.
Note that you can't connect multiple devices that use the Fitbit App Gallery to one account. For Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Ionic, Fitbit Inspire series, Fitbit Luxe, Fitbit Sense, and Fitbit Versa series, only connect one of these devices to your account at a time.
For more information, see Can I use more than one Fitbit device with the same account?

Thank you! It wasn't clear that my previous device would be completely removed so I didn't know it would sync with the new device.
I was worried that all the data from my Charge 3 was gone for good, but it just took a while for it to sync with the 4. I'm so glad they sync!
