Hello, I have a brand new luxe Fitbit. I want it to notify me when I have an incoming call and when I need to move, but it is not working. I trying restarting it and also deleted the app and reinstalled and still doesn’t work 😞 do you have any suggestions on how to solve this issue? Thanks!

May I know if the Sleep Mode and DND settings are turned off? If these settings are on, your tracker won't vibrate or turn on when receiving any type of notifications. You'll find more details about these settings here.
