Hello, I have a brand new luxe Fitbit. I want it to notify me when I have an incoming call and when I need to move, but it is not working. I trying restarting it and also deleted the app and reinstalled and still doesn’t work 😞 do you have any suggestions on how to solve this issue? Thanks!

Hi there, @Criscz. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling. 

May I know if the Sleep Mode and DND settings are turned off? If these settings are on, your tracker won't vibrate or turn on when receiving any type of notifications. You'll find more details about these settings here.

If the above doesn't describe your issue, please see Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?
