My Luxe Fitbit is acting very strange. My time and information is no longer showing up on the face. But it’s still tracking my information on the app. This just started on August 20th.  Any information on this would be helpful

Hi @Lmckaye  is it possible you have DND (do not disturb) or water lock enabled on your Luxe? That seems to make the screen appear blank while still recognizing your activity.
