My Luxe Gorjana is lost

Purchased luxe gorjana cautiously d/t multiple reviews of faulty band, but took a chance based on trust in company. Within a few months of purchase, the band broke during a walk and was lost. Customer service eventually sent replacement offer which I didn't see in my inbox. When asked to resend the offer company insisted they can only offer a disco
