Hi! My husband has a charge 4 and I have a luxe, purchased around the same time. We did the exact same activities on Friday and Sunday, and our step counts are outrageously different.
He is 7 inches taller than me, so if anything I should have more steps. His count was 10-11k both days, while mine was 5-6k. Both trackers are set to non-dominant and on non-dominant hands. The only time I was carrying something or holding something would account for ~500 steps.
I reset last night but haven't tested yet. Any other recs for how to fix this?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @jenph123.
Thank you for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Luxe before contacting us.
For your Tracker to count steps during a walk or run, your arm must swing back and forth as you move. If you need both hands (to push a stroller, for example), or if you hold a dog leash with the same arm that you wear your device on, your wrist-based device will count your steps but the total may be slightly lower than usual.
I would recommend visiting this article, open the menu "What can I do if my step count seems inaccurate?" and follow the instructions.
