This is my first Fitbit and I am already frustrated to no end! Apart from the fact that my Luxe is already coming apart at the strap hinges as well as the display after barely five weeks of light usage, it keeps losing thousands of steps every day!! We're not talking a few hundred here, but 30-40% of my total step count. It's on the Fitbit one minute, then when I try to sync, the app briefly flashes the correct number -- only then to reset and instead sync the bracelet! to the stepcount in the system!!! This is endlessly frustrating! What a terrible product.
The touch screen also often doesn't work -- the alarms and countdowns often keep vibrating long after I tapped/swiped them.
For 200€, I'd like a tracker that bloody works!
