I've had mine for about two months, replaced my Versa 2 with it. I've tried the reset several times, and I have not seen much difference. I absolutely HATE this tracker, and wish I had spent more on a better one! Fitbit really messed up the design on it. It's a beautiful, small tracker that has pretty good functionality, but it doesn't do any good if you have that much trouble navigating through the screens. Perhaps in a future model, Fitbit could add a button on the side to switch between screens.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Shipwreck122. I'm sorry to hear your Luxe is not navigating through the screens and thank you for mentioning that you have tried the reset process several times.
Pleas try changing your tracker's clock face with the steps of the help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
