I have been on the phone with customer service all day today. My initial problem was suddenly not receiving any phone call or text vibrations/notifications. After trying every step imaginable, restarting my phone 4 times and being on hold to speak with 4 different customer service representatives, I can receive group text messages and phone call notifications, but not messages. The last representative told me I might not be able to get my imessages on my Fitbit. That is unacceptable to me since I miss messages when I don't receive the vibration on my Fitbit, and it worked perfectly for the past 2 months since I received the device until the last week. What needs to be done to resolve this problem?
