My Luxe is not tracking my pool exercises

once my Lux tracked my pool exercises and steps, but has stopped. I have had the fit bit  for ten days.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for the information provided and for being a Fitbit user for so long.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Tracker by following these steps.

 

In addition, please make sure to have set the pool length. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I set the pool length for my Fitbit device?".

 

Please also verify that your swimming sessions last longer than what is set on your Fitbit account. You can find instructions to verify this setting in this article in the menu "Can I change how my activities are tracked?".

 

If you continue having difficulties, please tell me what type of water exercises is your Luxe not tracking?
