For the past two weeks, my luxe has been recording my HRV as 0. Ive restarted and removed it from my app and readded it. I can’t figure out why it is doing this. Thanks!

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe has been recording your heart rate value as 0. This is not the experience we want for our customers and I understand your feelings about this situation.
May I suggest you to restart the heart rate sensors of your Luxe? To do so, please follow the steps shown here:

I tried all of this, and it is still happening. Some days my HRV is normal, and then it will be 0 for 2-3 days. Is it broken or is it possible my hrv is 0?
