I have to shake and tap the screen until it turns on.

You might have 'Screen Wake turned off, or be in 'Sleep Mode'.  See both in Quick Settings by scrolling up (swiping down) from clock face.

I have the choice : Auto or manual, and it is on auto.

Auto is what you want for 'Screen Wake'.  But also check 'Sleep Mode' which is the half moon icon.  You want that off; I forget how that icon changes when on or off but try it either way to see if that helps.

Sorry for the delay. It is still the same. Sometimes it turns quick and other times I have to tap and shake. All the settings looks OK.
