Hi - for the past few months, my fitbit luxe just looks like it turns off. When trying to tap the screen, it doesn't wake up. The only way I can wake it up is to plug it into the charger and the screen turns on. The indicated battery level is not 'that' low - sometimes 35% and even 50%
I've tried resetting the fitbit, disconnecting it from my app and re-connecting it - and making sure it's charged to 100% before putting it on.
Even after trying all the above, after wearing it for a few hours, the screen will not turn on until it's connected to the charger
(I am using the official charger)
Can anyone help?

Hi, @sytabella , you could try changing the clock face, which sometimes fixes a blank screen issue. You do this in the app, and the instructions are here . Be sure to sync your Luxe when you have made the change in the app.
Having said that, the Luxe is an older, discontinued device, and if you have had it for some time now, it may be that it is coming to the end of its useful life and it is time for an upgrade. Fitbit has not produced a Luxe 2, but the Inspire 3 is a similar, somewhat more advanced (and newer) similar device. If you decide to upgrade I would recommend getting in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com and let them know about your Luxe. They may be able to offer you a discount on your Luxe.
Good luck! And welcome to the Community Forums.

Hi @sytabella. Welcome to the forums.
Thank you for taking the time to share these details regarding the difficulty that you are experiencing with your Luxe and for trying to fix it on your own.
In addition to the tips provided by @Julia_G and since you mentioned that the device is not turning on by itself unless is connected to the charger, please make sure to follow the steps listed in this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Thanks for your help @Julia_G.

Same here. Plug into charger, says 58%. Reboot with USB button, reboots to 98%. Reboot again, says 24%. Let it charge all day says 100%, reboot, says 93%. In 3 days will have blank screen and same happens. Been doing this for 6 months.
