My Luxe screen is not working anymore

I have my Fitbit Luxe for 2 months now and never had any problems. But since today the screen reacts strange (is blinking and disappearing) and went totally black. I have tried a soft and hard reset, but I can’t see anything on the screen anymore. What can I do? 😞
