I have an iPhone 11 and currently on my 3rd fitbit luxe.
Both previous models went wrong after a few months, not showing the correct time, not syncing and I was unable to get my phone to forget the device when trying to fix it.
Fitbit has replaced for a second time under warranty.
Has anyone else had this happen?
If this one goes wrong I'm moving to apple watch (which I didn't want to do because they're so blimmin expensive, but honestly if fitbit keeps breaking what is the point in having it?)

Something similar happened to me for the first time. It’s rather concerning, and I’m glad I wasn’t relying on it for the alarm this morning! The display was unresponsive and when I connected it to the charger, the screen woke up but the time was still showing 7PM for the previous night…
