My Luxe takes so long to sync

In order to solve the syncing issue, may I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here. Please make sure to follow the troubleshooting steps provided here

Regarding the bands not attaching, see our help article for instructions to properly attach them How do I wear my Fitbit device?

After two fitbit Charge models having the screens stop working after two years, I got a Luxe and also got the Gorjana band. The band does not attach.

The Luxe doesn't sink without restarting! I wish I read the community posts before buying!
