My Luxe vibrates once and then turns off now whenever I reach my step goal. If it hasn’t been synced with the app then I lose all of the steps since the last time it was synced. Why is it doing this?

@Swim-Mom I have no idea why that is happening, but I'd recommend performing a restart of the device. If that doesn't fix it, then I'd try to reset it to factory settings. You can find steps for both in this help article here.
