My Luxe was at 62% battery life when I hooked it up to charge….

My Luxe was at 62% battery life when I hooked it up to charge….After a bit I went to put my Luxe on and it was completely dead. I tried different outlets and NOTHING. No blinking green lights on the back. Nothing on the screen…just dead. I haven’t even had this for a year.

On Amazon Prime Day I just got screen protectors, and a different band. That was a month ago and now I’m out on those items!

I keep telling my husband to get me an Apple Watch, but now this solidifies my request unless Fitbit stands behind their products?!

Hi, @ThisMomisTired , you can probably fix this by giving your Luxe a restart.  The restart instructions are here .  I would try it a few times as it can be difficult to get the timing right on the button press: it’s press, pause, press, pause, press, wait…

If the restart does not work, as your Fitbit is less than 1 year old it will be covered by warranty.  To discuss this you need to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.fitbit.com .  They will talk you through any fixes and let you know your options.  Be sure to let them know the troubleshooting steps you have already tried as that will save time.

Thank you so much for your suggestions! I will try the restart first and then contact Customer Service accordingly.

You are a big help!
