My Luxe won’t charge when I plug it in & it’s not registering my hourly activities

I have a Luxe which is not charging today or showing my hourly activity.

Hi there @dudester, it's nice to see a new face in the community. Thanks for sharing the information with us about your situation. 

In order to get this resolved, I suggest trying the next steps: 

As a first step, I would ask you to clean the charging contacts on the back of the device, using a toothbrush and some water.

I also need you to clean the pins that are on the charging cable, you will need to use a cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol, making sure no pieces of the swab are left on the pins. Lastly, you'll need to connect it to another USB port or a UL-certified USB wall charger.
