My Luxe won't hold a charge

My Luxe only lasts 3 days before requiring a charge.  I have the latest update.

Also, it won't light up when I raise my wrist, like it used to, in the past? I hae to hit it several times brfore it will display. Then, when it does display, it won't scroll.

Help!

Hi Suzann

If not already tried, it's possible to try restarting your Fitbit Luxe. From the Fitbit Article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

  1. Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app
  2. Open the Settings app > Restart Device > Restart.

If your device is unresponsive:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
