My Luxe won't pair or sync to my iPhone 11

my Luxes stopped syncing with my Iphone11. I tried several times to pair it up ( delete app, shut off bluetooth etc) but I get a message about pushing the side button on the USB cord...I have no buttons on my charging cord...did I get the right one with my LUXES?

Not sure I would call it a side button.

Doesn't show too well in that pic, but a round button on the broad side of the connector.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi there, @Lyndam42. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out.

Please note that the charging cable for your Fitbit Luxe should looks like the photo shared by @JohnnyRow. For instructions on how to restart your Luxe, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?. This article includes a photo that shows you how to press the button located on the flat end of the charger.

If you continue having issues to pair or sync your Luxe, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Luxe automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

For additional information, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and/or Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
