My Luxe won't sync to the Fitbit app after unpairing

I've had sync issues with my Fitbit for the last couple of days so I tried multiple different ways to restore the connection following suggested steps in the forums, mainly doing the following two steps.

1. delete Fitbit App / Reinstall

2. Disconnect bluetooth / reconnect

and when trying to reconnect to Bluetooth in the app, I am stuck at this 'bluetooth pairing and linking' step in the loop forever, it says it's taking longer than expected and I kept retring again and again, however still stuck. I tried to restart the Fitbit Luxe itself as well as the phone, I still can't get it working. What should I do?

Up until couple of days ago, it was syncing every now and then automatically but now it doesn't even sync to its own app. Please advise

Welcome to the community forums @Fitjjbit_1.

Thank you for sharing the details regarding your Luxe and for trying to fix it on your own. Sorry to know the inconvenience.

Please confirm that you have tryied the following steps:

  • Remove your Luxe from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Luxe again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Luxe.

If you can't get started with your Luxe, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

hi. can you restart your fitbit, then try to sync again. if this doesnt work, just wait a long time. this worked for my blaze with the same issue. update your fitbit app aswell.
