My Luxe won't track bike miles or speed correctly

I am so sick of these fitbits breaking with every update. I got this brand new luxe and had it for under a month working perfectly and now it won't track bike miles or speed correctly. I ride along a Greenway with mile markers so I know the distance I am going and its not reflected on my watch or app. I have already restarted my phone and watch as per the troubleshooting instructions and nothing. My android phone is working perfectly as well. Fitbit helped me loose tons of weight but if this issue isn't resolved I'm going to sell the one I have and move on to something that actually works as advertised. Highly dissatisfied with this product.

Restarting the device and turning off auto recognize for bike riding seems
to have fixed the issue. I also make sure it says the GPS is connected
before letting the screen go off.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Lupusamas.

Thank you for trying to resolve the issues you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe before contacting us.

In this case, I would recommend visiting this article, open the menu "Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?" and follow the instructions.

In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1631133263042.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Whether the instructions above don't help, please tell me if the distance on GPS map is not matching exercise summary or none of them show correct information.

If you have any question, please let us know.
