My Luxe won't vibrate for notifications

My Luxe won't vibrate for notifications. It used to when I first got it and set it up. Tried restarting it, restarting my phone.  Checked to make sure I have app notifications turned on, app is running in background. I've tried everything brought up when I googled the problem.

Hi, @tigger2060, welcome to the community, there are three settings that affect vibration on a notification. From the clock screen on your "Luxe" swipe down to reach and tap "Settings"> swipe up top and tap "quiet mode" make sure "Do not disturb" and "Sleep mode" are off (both of these settings disable vibrations. Swipe right twice then swipe up to "Vibration" and set this on strong (toggle by tapping) swipe right once then up to return to the clock face. If your problem persists you will probably be best served by talking to "Customer Support" here, use the chat facility or phone for prompt attention. I hope this helps.

Thank you. I had tried so many things. Found that DND was on when I thought
it was off. The icon on the fitbit screen is confusing. I did end up
chatting with a customer support person who was very helpful. Thank you
again
