Bummer but the sleep quality details that appeared for two days on my new Luxe 5 have now disappeared. I logged off, restarted, updated the app, etc and still not showing. I really want that information. Any advice?

I too have this problem.
This is my 2nd Luxe in 3 months and nothing but problems and hours spent with Moderators.
In the last month I have had two non-consecutive sleep stages, oddly enough, the last one occurred on the night after I had posted the issue on here.
Short of using a hammer I've tried everything known to man without success.
