My daughter's Fitbit Luxe won't respond

I have tried several times to restart it by holding down the button on the charger 3 times and it still does not display anything.  We just bought this last weekend.

Hi @AshDavis003 Unfortunately it sounds defective. Return it to the store you bought it from. If it was the Online Fitbit Store then contact Fitbit Support
