I have been using Fitbit for probably 10 years if not longer. But I’m done. I am not wasting another dime on this product. My Charge4 died and I was deciding between Apple Watch or a new Fitbit. I chose to buy a Luxe - it was smaller, had longer battery life, and I didn’t want to lose all the years of health history. But I’m going to throw it in the trash and go buy an Apple Watch. I cannot get the vibrating alarm to set without spiking my blood pressure as I’m supposed to be winding down to sleep. It is not intuitive and why oh why can we not manage the device through the app? Done! I loved it for years, brand loyalty kept me going but no more. Bye Fitbit. It’s you… not me.

I too have had a lot of frustrations with my Fitbits. I bought another because I thought there’d be improvements. Not so.
I think they’ve gotten too complicated.
