Google buying Fitbit is another example of monopolistic practice of buying, then killing, competitor! Fitbit was an amazing company and very user friendly. Fitbit allowed multiple devices to gather fitness information. I have purchased 5 different watch devices and two different Aria scales over the past 10 years. Fitbit even had an easy to access desktop application. So, Google purchased the company and screwed everything up! Now, users can't have two watch devices of the same variety, battery life is very short, and the desktop application is killed. I hate Google!

Hi @ReturnToMe Fitbit never allowed us to have two of any one style on our accounts at the same time. There was a time when an older Flex, One or Zip would work with a newer style, but you can't do that with two of the devices that use the Fitbit Gallery. Google's purchase was completed in January 2021, so many of these other changes have been over time.

I completely agree and I don't care what google does because none of my families' devices are working anyway and no one is helping. I just want to track my steps and heart rate. Fitbit used to have great customer service, I was always able to talk/text a glitch through. Now.... nothing. I (and my family) have been loyal Fitbit users for over a decade.

OK, that may be so, but ever since I had to log in through Google I have had a problem and that was a much more recent thing.
