My experience with Gorjana band and the Customer Service

Gorjana band won’t fit and fitbit now refusing to acknowledge emails. The last time when I said I was going to cancel premium subscription because of it, they told me how to cancel the subscription but gave me no resolution for the problem. Good luck with the ombudsman for selling a known faulty product!
