I’m very new Fitbit user. I got luxe couple weeks ago and it still doesn’t track my skin temperatures. Are there any solutions?

Hi @ranaCA  your Luxe doesn't have the ability to track the skin temperature. Sense and Versa 3 can do that, but not your Luxe. The Luxe user manual is here - click. Even checking the Fitbit store information, the Luxe does not give skin temperature readings.

Hi Odyssey 13

Thank you so very much for your quick message and sending me the manual! Now I understand.

@ranaCA  @Odyssey13   Page 32 of the Luxe manual says it DOES track skin temperature variation.  It is also listed as an item in this Fitbit Help article comparison chart.   I am going to flag this to get a moderator to join this conversation and clarify.
