I received my Fitbit for Christmas. The setup was fine and so is the Bluetooth connection but it’s not taking any heart beat measurements and didn’t track anything when I’m sleeping.
So far it hasn’t done anything at all.
will probably send back

Hi there, @Jess_spncr. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your new Luxe. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Sleep stages are based on heart rate data. Since you both just got the Fitbit Luxe, give the heart rate a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.
