I’m trying to start my new luxe. It won’t connect to Bluetooth.

I discovered my problem was that my phone was set in LOW DATA MODE.

Hi @Arla2 this link shows you how to set up and navigate your Luxe - click to go there. While your Luxe uses bluetooth, it doesn't set up with it. It actually pairs to your email address, not the bluetooth. Which phone are you using to set up? Android must be system 8 or higher and iOS needs to be 13 or higher.

Hi there, @Arla2. Welcome to the Community Forums.
As a first approach, please take the information shared by @Odyssey13 into consideration. You need to set up your Luxe through the Fitbit app and not through your phone's Bluetooth.
If you continue having difficulties to set up your Luxe, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Wow you just explained that it’s the app not Bluetooth that’s important! Thanks!
