I have customized my heart rate zones. The custom numbers show that I have entered the new numbers but my new values won’t transfer to the heart rate levels page. How can I get them to move over?

Hi there, @truckeebakers. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.
Did you sync your Luxe to the Fitbit app after customizing your new heart rate zones? If you did, but they are still not reflecting, please on fitbit.com, log into your dashboard, and click the gear icon in the top right. Click Settings > Personal Info and enter your custom zone and make sure to sync to save the changes.
For more general information, see How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?
Nevertheless, I've seen you contacted our Support Team before posting here. If the steps they provided didn't work, please feel free to contact out team back for further assistance.
Have a nice day!

I’ve tried all that several times with no success. I had a 45 minute chat and a 53 minute actual talk on a different day. They walked me through your steps each time and finally was told to keep trying and hope that it would correct. It’s Frustrating!! I like everything else, if this could get fixed I’d be very happy.

@truckeebakers I'm sorry that you got incorrect information from both @MarreFitbit and Support. A custom heart rate zone doesn't change your heart rate thresholds for fat burn, cardio, and peak active zone minutes. It helps you train in your specified zone and appears as a green overlay in your heart rate graph in your exercise details. If you are new to active zone minutes, it might help you to know that the CDC and WHO changed their exercise guidelines and the CDC specifically changed heart rate thresholds for its zones. They are moderate and vigorous activity. Fitbit's active zone minute thresholds are very close to the CDC guidelines. The CDC guideline describes moderate activity as you are breaking a sweat, can speak the words to a song, but can't sing a song.
If you need to alter your zones for health reasons, like you take certain medications, you do this by setting a Custom Max Heart Rate, not by setting a custom zone.
