New Fitbit Luxe won't respond

ok just got my Luxe this morning- put it on charger and nothing happening 10 hours later.....no lights on no nothing...tapped screen twice....several times to get it "on" and nothing ....100$ **ahem** thing should work ....send it back???? or does anyone have any productive ideas???? thank you!!!

Hi @aprildh  this article might help - click to go there. There is a water lock and a DND that may be keeping it dark, too.
